Update My Listing
Faculty and staff listings are maintained by Networking & Telecommunications. To update your listing, please contact Networking & Telecommunications at email@example.com. Changes made will be reflected in the directory, but may require a page refresh in your browser.
Student information displayed in the online directory comes from Banner. To change or unlist your phone number, please log in to BengalWeb and click on the "Academic Tools" tab. Under the "Student Records" channel, click the "Update Addresses and Phones" link, then click "Primary" under the heading "Phones," which will take you to the edit screen where you can change your phone number. To exclude your phone number from the online directory, simply check the "Unlisted" checkbox next to the phone number on the edit screen. Changes made in BengalWeb will be reflected in the online directory within 24 hours.
To correct an error with your name, class standing, major, or official ISU e-mail address, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
Removing your listing completely from the online directory requires a full FERPA block to be placed on your student record. You may request a FERPA block from the Office of the Registrar.
